Get a post-summer Facial
Chlorine, salt water, sand, and long nights wining and dining have probably taken their toll on your skin – no matter how diligent you were with the cleansing, exfoliating and moisturising! To get your face glowing and re-hydrated for autumn why not book an Eminence facial to repair the damage?
Use a hydrating Cleanser
The best way to start your skin recovery is with a cleanser. Using a cleansing oil is a gentle way to remove make-up, dirt, pollution and impurities whilst ensuring you skin stays hydrated. We suggest Stone Crop Cleansing Oil - sunflower, jojoba oil and brightening stone crop will bring balance back to the skin giving you a dewy, soft complexion.
Buff yourself beautiful
If your face and body are feeling tight and flaky it’s probably because the sun sucked the moisture out of it! Using gentle exfoliation will help slough off dead skin to reveal your skin’s radiance.
For the face: we suggest Bright Skin Licorice Root Exfoliating Peel to help brighten the look of uneven or sun damaged skin for a more youthful appearance. This results-orientated peel uses licorice root and Natural Hydroquinone Alternative to lessen the appearance of dark spots, while lactic & mandelic acids gently exfoliate dead skin cells.
For the body: Stone Crop Revitalising Body Scrub uses the hydrating qualities of sugar and the invigorating benefits of salt. This resurfacing exfoliant lathers into a creamy foam and is infused with healing stone crop and antioxidant rich lemon peel to brighten, smooth and revitalise your skin.
Boost your skin’s hydration
Ideal for dehydrated or damaged skin, serums deliver a potent dose of hydration and anti-ageing benefits because they are easily absorbed and contain a high concentration of active ingredients.
Designed to help speed repair and boost your complexion’s defences against free radical damage, Citrus & Kale Potent C+E Serum will help brighten skin, reduce inflammation and clarify your complexion.
Use SPF protection – even on cloudy days!
The nights may be drawing in and the temperature dropping, but the sun’s rays can still affect your skin. Although UVB is weak and you’re unlikely to burn, UVA is still present (even on cloudy days) and this is ray most associated with deeper ageing. Keep your skin protected with our selection of broad spectrum SPF sun protection products.
Hydrate inside and out
It’s so much easier to stay hydrated in the summer – you’re hot so you cool off with an icy drink, but drinking regularly throughout the autumn is important for good health and your skin. Water hydrates your skin from the inside out – if you’re not a fan of plain water, try adding some fruit such as lemon which can help boost digestion.
