Full Skin Care Routine Using Products from the Pure Forest Collection
Here's a step-by-step skincare routine using this collection, suitable for most skin types, especially dry, dull, or sensitive skin:
- Cleanse
- Product: Eminence Tulsi & Snow Mushroom Cleansing Milk
- Purpose: Gently cleanses while hydrating and soothing the skin.
- How to Use: Dispense 1–2 pumps, mixed with a little water to create a lather massage gently then rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
- Tone
- Product: Stone Crop Hydrating Mist
- Purpose: To calm and hydrate the skin leaving it looking more vibrant with a brighter complexion.
- How to Use: Apply one to two sprays onto face and neck or apply with a cotton pad, avoiding the eye area. Leave on. Re-apply anytime during the day for a lift and to refresh the complexion.
- Exfoliate
- Product: Turmeric Energizing Treatment (Optional, 2–3x per week)
- Purpose: Purifies, detoxifies smooths and brightens the skin.
- How to Use: Dispense approx. 1 teaspoon with a few drops of water until a whipped-mousse texture is achieved. Apply a thin layer to entire face, extend to neck and decollete as desired. Let dry and then rinse with tepid water, massaging gently to exfoliate.
- Mask
- Product: Snow Mushroom & Reishi Masque
- Purpose: To detoxify and de-puffed the skin, leaving it tightened and contoured with hydration retained.
- How to use: Mix a small amount of product with a few drops of water and apply evenly to skin. Allow to dry for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove with damp towel.
- Essence
- Product: Birch Water Purifying Essence
- Purpose: Prepares skin to absorb moisture and active ingredients, helps balance and soothe.
- How to Use: Apply a few drops into palms or onto a cotton pad, then press gently into skin.
- Serum
- Product: Kombucha Microbiome Luminosity Serum
- Purpose: Encourages the repair of the skin barrier leaving the skin looking vibrant, luminous, healthy-looking and smooth.
- How to use: Apply 2-3 drops into palm of hand, press together, apply to face and neck. Leave on.
- Moisturise
- Product: Ashwagandha Ultra-Rich Restorative Cream
- Purpose: To hydrate and restore the skin barrier.
- How to use: Apply a pea size amount to face and neck area, can emulsify with a few drops of water for a lighter application.
- Eye Care
- Product: Snow Mushroom Moisture Cloud Eye Cream
- Purpose: Revitalize and reduce under eye bags and puffiness.
- How to use: Apply a small amount with your ring finger, gently tapping around the eye area. Leave on.
- Lip Care
- Product: Rosehip & Lemongrass Lip Balm SPF15
- Purpose: To soothe, moisturise and plump the lips and protect from drying environmental stressors.
- How to use: For hydration, apply as often as needed. For sun protection, apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours and after eating or drinking.
- Sun Protection
- Product: Daily Defense Tinted SPF
- Purpose: SPF50+ broad spectrum and blue light protection, enriching the skin with antioxidants for hydration. Gently blurs visible blemishes, redness and minor imperfections, resulting in a smoother and more even-looking complexion.
- How to use: Shake well before use and dispense a ¼ – ½ teaspoon to start warming up in hands. Apply liberally and evenly on cleansed face, neck and chest area, 15 minutes before sun exposure, let skin absorb SPF before adding more and add gradually for more coverage. To stay protected reapply at least every 2 hours but use water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.
- Blue Light Protection
- Product: Shiitake and Ashwagandha Bi-Phase Mist
- Purpose: To hydrate and protect from Blue Light.
- How to use: Shake well to blend the Bi-Phase layers. Hold the bottle from a half arm’s length away, firmly press the nozzle and spray 2-3 times directly onto face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on.
Cryo-Thermal Massage
