Cranberries, Cinnamon & Cloves
Cranberries: are little gems packed with so many benefits for the skin, they are brimming with vitamins and antioxidants and are a source of essential fatty acids. They can help reduce breakouts and pimples as they naturally contain salicylic acid which can help keep pores clear and balance oil production. The essential fatty acids are key for keeping your skin hydrated and moisturised and vitamins A, C & E help to reduce the signs of ageing, by boosting collagen production, fighting free radicals and minimising the visible signs of ageing. They can help even out skin tone a leave skin brighter, firmer and healthier.
Cinnamon: another yummy multi-tasker, cinnamon is a great disinfectant with antibacterial properties so is great for reducing breakouts and spots. It is quite stimulating on the skin and helps to increase blood flow to your skin cells, this brings nourishing oxygen to feed and heal your skin. It can also help to reduce any areas of uneven skin tone and leaves the skin revitalised and glowing.
Clove: another amazing festive ingredient for your skin is clove oil, it is anti-inflammatory, antifungal and antimicrobial, meaning it will calm and soothe irritation, reduce any inflammation or puffiness, and promote your natural healing processes.
