More Facial Yoga Fun: This one is for the eyes! Reduce lines and wrinkles around the eye area by using an eye cream daily and performing this simple face yoga move. 1) Tilt your head down so your chin is nearer your neck. 2) Make a wide O shape with your mouth. 3) With your eyes only - look up towards the ceiling - do not move your head! You should feel a stretch under your eyes.... 4) For a deeper stretch tuck your lips inside your mouth. Hold for 3-5 seconds and repeat 5 times. Massaging your eye cream into your eye area with very light pressure, working from the outer corner of the eye, slide underneath the eye and then across the top of the eye returning back to the corner of the eye again.
