Despatch and Delivery
We aim to despatch your order on the day of receipt, if received before 2.00pm, or the next working day for orders received after 2.00pm. Orders received over the weekend or on public holidays will aim to be processed on the first available working day. During periods of excessive demand this time may increase.

All items within the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as standard. Such orders can be tracked during transit and will require a signature upon receipt. Whilst the bulk of orders arrive within 4 days, we are unable to make any enquiries into the whereabouts of your products until 15 working days have elapsed.

Order value below £100 £3.75
Order value £100 and above FREE

 

Non-UK items will be despatched using Royal Mail's International service, and will again require a signature upon receipt. Delivery will be calculated on weight and The Skinsmith will advise cost before shipping.

Stock Levels
Due to the nature of the product, The Skinsmith do not store large quantities within their warehouse. Ordering in small batches ensures you, the customer, are receiving the freshest products. In the event of an item being out of stock, you may contact The Skinsmith, who will advise the estimated date of arrival. If you wish to order an alternative product, The Skinsmith will be happy to discuss your requirements and help with your choice.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch by emailing info@theskinsmith.co.uk and we will re-credit your card. If items have already been despatched, please contact us immediately with your reason for return and you will be issued with a return code. Please then return the item(s) WITHIN 7 DAYS for a full refund of the cost of the item.

Refunds for cancellations will only be given on products that are unopened, unused and in a saleable condition, complete with original packaging. We would recommend that when returning your item you use recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged.

Refunds & Returns Policy
The Skinsmith aims to supply premium organic skincare products as quickly and as safely as possible. However, if for some reason your package is damaged, lost, incorrect or faulty please email info@theskinsmith.co.uk within 48 hours.
